What happened to my MacStyles.com account information?
MacStyleSkins still retains all of your original account information. At this time, the two sites are not integrated, so you will have to make a new account at MacStyleSkins.com. If you need information regarding a previous Macstyles.com order, we are able to access it for you. Just send us an email with your question and contact information and we will get back to you.
How long will MacStyleSkins last?
Since there is no ink involved with our product, the color will never run or fade. The vinyls we use are rated for 3 years of use.
Will applying a MacStyleSkin void my warranty?
No. None of the products we sell will interfere with your AppleCare Agreement.
Are MacStyleSkins removable?
Yes! The vinyl we use has an adhesive that is designed specifically for clean, simple removal.
How do you apply a MacStyleSkin?

Are MacStyleSkins reusable?
No, MacStyleSkins are designed for one-time use. Most vinyl adhesive products will distort or tear during removal.
What if I don't like the color that I ordered?
Due to variances among color monitors, the colors that appear on your screen may not be exact. If a precise color match is important to you, please request free samples prior to ordering. If you receive your order and are dissatisfied with the color, you may return the unused the product and re-order a replacement.
What are your returns and exchanges policies?
All MacStyleSkins are made just for you when you place your order. Please keep this in mind when ordering. Before processing your order, please double check that you have selected the correct computer model and color.
Wrong Item or Damaged During Shipping:
We make every attempt to check and double check the accuracy of orders before shipping. If you received the incorrect item or your order was damaged during shipping we will be happy to send you a replacement. Please visit your account history page and submit a return request. Be sure to include photos of the damage. If the information and photos are sufficient, we will send you a replacement next business day, free of charge. If we need further clarification we will contact you via provided phone or email.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please visit your account history page and submit a return request. You will receive a Return Authorization # within 48 business hours. You may then return the unused product. Once your return has been received we will ship your replacement order.
Returns and Refunds:
Any unused MacStyleSkin can be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. No questions asked! Used skins may be returned within 30 days for a store credit. Visit your account history page and submit a return request to obtain an authorization number.
